From your hands to theirs.

A cargo-bike courier carries your gift across Wrenhaven, or a neighbor down the street keeps it safe until it’s picked up. Anywhere in town, and up to 12 miles out.

How a gift travels

From your table to their doorstep: four stops, joined by one golden line.

  1. 1

    You get it ready

Pick a gift from a Wrenhaven shop in the app, or hand over a package you wrapped yourself. Direct or Neighbor drop: the full price, distance included, shows up before you confirm.

  2. 2

A courier or a relay neighbor

With Direct, a vetted courier takes it, by cargo bike whenever the route allows. With Neighbor drop, it waits in the living room of a vetted neighbor two streets from the recipient. The app shows every step.

  3. Your pickup time6:30 PMRelay neighborLea, at 12B Elm StQR good for 4 days
    3

A signature or a QR code

With Direct, the recipient signs on the courier’s screen. With Neighbor drop, they get a text, pick a time slot to stop by, then collect the package with a QR code that’s good for 4 days.

  4. 4

    The bow comes undone

The package is in their hands. What’s left is the best part of the trip, the one no app can do for you: pulling the ribbon.

Two ways to arrive

Handed over at the door or kept around the corner: you decide where the line ends.

Shop windows after dark

When the quay goes dark, the storefronts take over. In the app, you wander from one Wrenhaven shop to the next: things to send, treatments to book, gift cards to give.

“A town tells its story through its shop windows. I want every gift that leaves Wrenhaven to pass through one of them first, and I call back every shop owner who writes to us myself.”

Direct: a vetted courier brings the package to the door, by cargo bike whenever possible, and the recipient signs on the courier’s screen to confirm the handoff.

Neighbor drop: the package waits with a vetted neighbor nearby. The recipient gets a text, books a time to stop by, then collects it with a QR code that’s good for 4 days.
